After construction starts, Ken schedules weekly inspections of the job site with the client. For out-of-state clients, we can conduct walk-throughs via Skype. This allows them to see how the building process is progressing. If there is anything that is not exactly as the client envisioned, we are able to make those adjustments immediately. This individualized attention to each client’s needs allows us to build the best possible custom homes.
