The Process of Custom Home Building

Once identified, the team members are brought together with the client to begin working as the perfect team.
Working one-on-one with you allows Ken to focus on bringing your dreams to reality. Through each step of the process there will be clear communication of your vision to each team member involved in creating your new home. Once construction begins, Ken will conduct weekly job site inspections with you to ensure the feel and flow of your home is exactly what you had envisioned. These weekly check-ins can also be conducted using Skype if you are out of town. It is imperative that you are involved in each step of the process so your new home is perfect for you when completed.
